1. Company Identification & Scope of Services

SRTT — Stern Reisen Transport Touristique Marrakech ("SRTT Agence Touristique") provides private chauffeur-driven ground transportation, airport transfers, hourly and daily vehicle disposal, intercity transfers, excursions, event/MICE logistics, and B2B corporate mobility across the Kingdom of Morocco.

By submitting a booking inquiry, partnership request, or reservation confirmation through www.srtt.ma or our official communication channels, the client or B2B partner agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Quotations, Bookings & Confirmation

All transportation services are provided on a pre-booked basis. Quotations are calculated according to the agreed itinerary, pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle category, duration, and passenger count.

A reservation is considered definitive once confirmed in writing by SRTT Agence Touristique and subject to the payment or B2B account terms specified in the confirmation.

3. Airport Transfers, Flight Monitoring & Waiting Time

For airport arrivals, clients and partners must provide accurate flight numbers and scheduled arrival times. Our operations team monitors flight status to adjust pickup timing where operationally feasible.

For Riad pickups and drop-offs located inside pedestrian Medina zones, the chauffeur will meet guests at the nearest accessible vehicle access point in coordination with the property.

4. Modifications, Cancellations & Extra Hours

Any modification to the itinerary, schedule, vehicle category, or additional stops/hours during a service is subject to operational availability and may result in a tariff adjustment.

Cancellation conditions for individual bookings, MICE events, and B2B partner accounts are governed by the terms stated in your confirmed quotation or B2B commercial agreement.

5. Passenger Safety, Luggage & Insurance

All SRTT Agence Touristique vehicles are licensed for tourist transportation in Morocco, maintained to strict safety standards, and covered by professional passenger transport insurance.

Vehicle passenger and luggage capacities must be respected in accordance with Moroccan road safety regulations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, with jurisdiction in Marrakech.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our Contact form, Become a Partner form, or Recruitment application form, SRTT Agence Touristique collects only the information necessary to process your request: full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, travel or partnership details, and uploaded CV documents for job applicants.

2. How We Use & Protect Your Data

Your personal information is used exclusively to respond to your inquiries, prepare transportation quotations, manage B2B partnerships, and evaluate job applications. We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Submitted records and candidate CVs are stored securely and restricted strictly to authorized SRTT administrators.

3. Your Data Protection Rights (Law 09-08 & GDPR)

In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and applicable international data protection standards (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us at booking@srtt.ma or partners@srtt.ma.
