B2B Partnerships & Hospitality Account Executive

Develop and nurture long-term B2B relationships with 5-star hotels, boutique riads, DMCs, international travel agencies, event organizers, and corporate accounts. Prepare tailored commercial proposals, manage account onboarding, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications et Compétences Requises
• 3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or guest relations experience in luxury hospitality, DMC, or tourist transport • Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to partner service standards

Dispatcher & Fleet Operations Coordinator

SRTT Agence Touristique Marrakech, Morocco Full-Time (CDI) Date limite: 2026-12-21

Coordinate daily fleet assignments across our 92+ recent-model vehicles, monitor flight arrivals in real time, brief chauffeurs, and manage dynamic itinerary adjustments for hotels, riads, travel agencies, and MICE events across Morocco.

Qualifications et Compétences Requises
• 2+ years of experience in tourist transport dispatching, fleet logistics, or hospitality operations • Strong command of French and English (written and spoken) • Ability to remain calm, responsive, and solution-oriented under time-sensitive schedule changes • Proficiency with GPS fleet tracking, flight monitoring tools, and reservation scheduling software

Bilingual Private Chauffeur (VIP & Executive Fleet)

SRTT Agence Touristique Marrakech, Morocco Full-Time (CDI) Date limite: 2027-01-20

Represent SRTT Agence Touristique behind the wheel of our luxury Mercedes-Benz S-Class, E-Class, V-Class, and Maybach vehicles. Deliver discreet, punctual, and hospitable airport transfers, hourly chauffeur disposal, and intercity journeys across Morocco for international VIP guests, diplomats, and corporate executives.

Qualifications et Compétences Requises
• Valid Moroccan professional driver's license (Permis B / Carte Professionnelle) with a clean driving record • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, VIP transport, or executive chauffeur service • Fluency in French and English (Arabic required; Spanish or German is a strong asset) • Impeccable presentation in formal business attire, discretion, and mastery of routes across Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Agadir, and Essaouira
